What is the paper quality and size of the greeting cards?

Posty Cards offers a number of different types of cards. Their size can vary from 3.5" x 6.5" to 5.5” x 7.5”, depending on the card you choose. They also come in both portrait and landscape formats.

Most of our cards are printed on the equivalent of 12 pt cover stock with a variety of finishes. A number of our more expensive cards will use even heavier paper and may be embossed with gold/silver foil – depending on the cards. We offer free sample cards so you can check out the quality before you buy.

Satin vs. Matte?

Each greeting card features satin or matte paper carefully selected to best complement the design. Satin paper displays a slight sheen that catches light and feels slick to the touch. Matte paper is uncoated and is perfect for certain designs, especially providing appealing contrast to foil enhancements.

Can I write my own inside text for my recipients?

Yes! On most of our cards, you can add a message inside the card under the verse. When shopping for an item, you will be asked if you want to personalize the item and then the website will guide you through the various layout options for the interior of the card. Be sure to select a layout that includes text.  The next step will allow you up to four text lines that can be placed in the card. The location of the text depends on the layout selected.

Plus, we offer a large selection of cards that are blank on the inside. You can select a verse (you will be offered several verses to choose from that match the item) or write your own custom verse. Custom Verse cards are available in many categories including birthday, seasonal holiday, Thanksgiving, thank you, anniversary and more.


What is the difference between "Verse" and "Imprint"?

Many of our cards come with the pre-printed verse as shown. However, you can add your own verse to cards that are listed as blank inside or custom verse. Custom Verse cards are available in many categories including birthday, seasonal holiday, Thanksgiving, thank you, anniversary and more. For custom verse cards, you will be offered a selection of verses to choose from. Or, you can write your own verse in the space provided.

The personal imprint is additional text that you can add to the card under the verse. Your personal imprint can be your name, signature, logo, phone number, personal message, or anything you would like printed.


Can I select different fonts and colors?

You can select the font, font size, and color of the personal message that will be printed on the inside of your greeting cards. However, you cannot select different fonts and/or colors for verses that are pre-printed on the inside of your greeting cards.


How will I know when my order is fulfilled?

At any time, you can log in to your account to access your Order History. In the My Account option at the top of the website, you can search for past orders by a variety of searchable options including: Date Purchased, Item Category, Order Number and Order Status. Depending on your search criteria, the website should help you locate the particular order and the Order Status of an item/order. You will receive an email with the tracking information when your order ships.


How can I view my order after it is completed?

To see orders you have made in the past, simply log in and go to the My Account option at the top of the website. From there, the View Orders tab will offer some basic order information or by clicking on View All Orders you can use the various search options to find a particular order. After finding the order, you will be able to see what cards you have sent out, the status of the order, and card design information.


How do I change my order after I've checked out?

If you have just placed an order (or done so recently) and the status of the order is "Order Placed," you have the ability to change information about the order. Go to the My Account option at the top of the website. From there, the View Orders tab will offer some basic order information or by clicking on View All Orders you can use the various search options to find a particular order. If the order is not in process you can edit the item interior and change your return address for the order. Simply follow the options on the screen to select the appropriate action and the website will walk you through the steps necessary to change/edit an item for the order. If an order is processing, you must contact Customer Service and we will do our best to make changes if it has not already printed or shipped.


Do I have to place a minimum order?

The minimum quantity is 50 per order and 25 per item.

Interested in Corporate Accounts?

Posty Cards has existing account relationships set up with various companies. There are a variety of benefits to having a corporate account with Posty Cards including corporate discounts, use of corporate-approved logos and signatures, use of corporate-approved card interior layouts and special reporting options. As a primary corporate account holder, you can generate reports on corporate account member purchases and monitor member account activity.
