COVID-19 Update

As the COVID-19 virus continues to impact people around the world, communication with clients and employees is more important than ever. We want to help you keep personal connections strong, even when face-to-face contact is not possible. We are working tirelessly to make sure that if you choose to use greeting cards to stay in touch, they will be safely available for you.

We continue to monitor the latest safety recommendations and have implemented these safety protocols:

  • We are a family-owned, tight-knit business, but we are learning the fine art of social distancing. Whenever possible, employees are working from home. All meetings are being held virtually or at a minimum distance of six feet apart. Our on-site production team is maintaining social distance.
  • Masks are required inside our building.
  • Employees are following strict safety measures. All company travel has been stopped, and employees who travel by air will be required to quarantine for a two-week period when they return.
  • All common work areas are disinfected daily, and employees are regularly using hand-washing/sanitizing stations.
  • Our lobby remains closed to customers and vendors, but our customer service team is available to answer your phone calls. You can find answers to many of your questions on product pages or in FAQ.
  • We have confirmed through the World Health Organization (WHO) that it is safe for you to receive packages and mail. From the WHO website: “The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.”

In addition to safety measures, we are continuously working on ways to help you stay in contact with employees and clients during this crisis.

  • PostyPro™, our subscription service for complete mailing services is now available to all customers and access will be free for a limited time.
  • We are making every effort to ensure that customer service is available and orders are processed and shipped to you (or mailed to your clients or employees) on a timely basis.
  • And, we have introduced several new card designs with sentiments that encourage and reassure your clients and employees that you are thinking of them and available to help.
