COVID-19 Update

As the level of alert about the novel coronavirus, or COVID-19, increases across the globe, communication with clients and employees is more important than ever. We want to help you keep personal connections strong, even when face-to-face contact is not possible. We are working tirelessly to make sure that if you choose to use greeting cards to stay in touch, they will be safely available for you.

Beginning March 24, 2020, the city of Kansas City, MO, where we are located, has enacted a 30-day Stay-at-Home order. As a printer serving essential industries, we are allowed to continue production and delivery services. However, for our safety and yours, we are instituting these measures immediately:

  • We are a family-owned, tight-knit business, but we are learning the fine art of social distancing. Whenever possible, employees are working from home. The on-site production team has been rescheduled and is limited to only one employee at a time in each department area. All meetings are being held virtually or at a minimum distance of six-feet apart.
  • Employees are following strict safety measures. All company travel has been stopped, and employees who need to travel for family reasons will be required to quarantine for a two-week period when they return.
  • All common work areas are disinfected daily and employees are regularly using hand-washing/sanitizing stations.
  • Our lobby will be closed to customers and vendors, but our customer service team will be available to answer your phone calls. You can find answers to many of your questions on product pages or in FAQ.
  • With our office employees located offsite, we are unable to process checks at this time. For the duration of the Coronavirus crisis, all orders must be paid by credit card.
  • We have confirmed through the World Health Organization (WHO) that it is safe for you to receive packages and mail. From the WHO website: “The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.”

In addition to safety measures, we are continuously working on ways to help you stay in contact with employees and clients during this crisis.

  • PostyPro™, our subscription service for complete mailing services is now available to all customers and access will be free until at least July 15.
  • We are making every effort to ensure that customer service is available and orders are processed and shipped to you (or mailed to your clients or employees) on a timely basis.
  • And, we have introduced several new card designs with sentiments that encourage and reassure your clients and employees that you are thinking of them and available to help.
