GENERAL INFORMATION AND PERSONALIZATIONNeed to change your billing information? Click on My Account, then login (if you aren't already) and then click My Info. Here you can make and save account changes. To order, select cards from the categories on the left side of your screen. Click on a specific card image for card details and pricing. Select "yes" or "no" for card and envelope imprints. Enter the desired quantity in the box and click "Add to Shopping Cart." Cards must be ordered in 25 card increments. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of your screen to view the contents of your cart. When you are ready to order, click "Checkout" located at the bottom of your shopping cart. You will be prompted to login or, if you are a new user, enter your account information. Once you are logged in, enter any card or envelope personalization you would like printed on cards or envelopes (see below) and review your shipping and billing information. Then click next for a final review of your order. To make changes, click the "back" button on your screen. To proceed with the order, click "Process Order." Please Note: Products with different order types will be billed and shipped separately. If you prefer a hard copy order form to mail or fax to us, click on the appropriate file name below to view and print a pdf file. Although only one set of imprint information is available per order, you may choose to order some cards with imprints and some without imprints within the same order. Please type your personalization exactly as you would like it to appear. Personalization is printed in black ink. All verses are pre-printed and cannot be changed. Many cards have space to add your favorite quotation, motto, etc. under the pre-printed verse. Just fill in this information in the card personalization section. For additional lines (more than 4, subject to space on card), there is an additional charge of $1.00 per line. More Information On Imprints Logo and Signature Imprinting There is a one-time $25.00 engraving charge per logo or signature. If your signature or company logo has been used previously, we should have it on file and the $25.00 charge will be waived. To have your logo printed on your cards type "Logo" on the appropriate line of the card imprint box. You may send a black & white logo slick or black & white original art to 1600 Olive St. Kansas City, MO 64127. Or e-mail logo art to artdept@postycards.com. Electronic files must be high resolution, at least 300 DPI (600 DPI preferred). Acceptable file formats are TIFF, EPS, and PDF. To have your signature imprinted, include several samples of your signature in black ballpoint ink on white paper. CARD PRICES-Order More and Save! Quantity pricing is based on the combined total of all cards ordered. For example, if you order 50 each of two different designs, your price per item will be based on the 100 quantity price. Note: Only items from the same order types are combined for discounts. Thanksgiving, Seasonal Holiday and Wall Calendars categories are all in the same order type. Birthday, All Occasion and Other Holidays are all in the same order type. Internet only specials are in their own order type category. Products from different order types may also be processed and shipped separately. Extra envelopes are not included in quantity discounts. Personalized orders are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks. During peak times (Sept.-Dec.) your order may take longer. Posty Cards does not accept responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Posty Cards will ship your order to the address provided, but please be understanding that your order is delivered to you by a 3rd party carrier that on occasion may be delayed due to weather, carrier delays or other circumstances. We do not ship to PO Boxes as these packages are not trackable. Payment Options Online orders can be charged to American Express, Master Card, or Visa. Established customers may bill orders to a Posty Cards account. Your account will be established after your first credit card or mail in check order. An established account is required for billed orders. First time orders please use a credit card to establish your account. International orders must be paid by credit card. Sorry, billed orders are not permitted on any order outside the USA. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are based on the quantity of items ordered. Shipping charges are higher for orders shipped outside the continental US. Please note that products from different order types will be charged one shipping charge per order type. Shipping to Canada Your order will ship from the United States. For your convenience, shipping charges for orders shipped to Canada, INCLUDE applicable duties and customs brokerage fees. Also, the applicable Canadian sales tax will be added to your order. NOTE: If you are ordering for a business, you MUST include a company name on your shipping address in order to qualify for commercial tax rates.
