Your calendars will be mailed via USPS standard mail the week of November 13 and your customers will receive them no later than the week of December 4. The calendars include a page for December 2023, so your customers can start using them right away.

We’ll send you an email notification when your calendars have mailed.

• Minimum 100 names per mailing list.
• If you order more calendars than needed for the mailing, we’ll send the extras directly to you (minimum of 25 with envelope imprint).
• If we do not receive your mailing list within 2 weeks of your order, your calendars will be printed and shipped directly to you. Send your mailing list to: mailinglists@postycards.com in an Excel spreadsheet.
• All addresses must be in the United States.
• The post office requires a return address for standard mail. It will be printed on the front of the envelope and we will apply a live standard mail stamp.
• All addresses must be deliverable according to USPS guidelines. Sorry, there are no refunds for undeliverable addresses on your list. Your addresses may be altered to meet standardization requirements (e.g. zip + 4, standard abbreviations) and forwarding addresses will be automatically applied.
