How do I pay for my cards?

Online orders can be charged to American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Established customers may bill orders to a Posty Cards account. Your account will be established after your first credit card or mail in check order. Please note that all billed orders must be paid by check. If you want to pay by credit card, please enter your card number when placing the order.

International orders must be paid by credit card. Sorry, billed orders are not permitted on any order outside the USA.

What if I live outside the United States?

Shipping to Canada Your order will ship from the United States. For your convenience, shipping charges for orders shipped to Canada, INCLUDE applicable duties and customs brokerage fees. Also, the applicable Canadian sales tax will be added to your order. NOTE: If you are ordering for a business, you MUST include a company name on your shipping address in order to qualify for commercial tax rates. If you do not include your company name, you may be charged a higher tax rate than is shown on your order.

Other non US destinations Your location may not be set up in our online shipping system. If a shipping table is not currently availiable for your ship-to destination, you will be notified during checkout. Your order will ship via FedEx International. You will be charged the actual FedEx rate for shipping. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. If you prefer a different shipping method, please call 1-800-821-7968 or 1-816-231-2323 and speak to a customer service representative to place your order. We are not able to return phone calls to several international locations, so if you leave a message please include your email address.

Do you charge sales tax?

Posty Cards is located in Kansas City, Missouri. Missouri law requires us to charge sales tax on cards shipped to a Missouri address. This tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order during the check-out process.
